All of Buster’s burgers are accompanied with a side.

Buster’s Burger

Prime Angus beef, aged white cheddar, Widmer’s aged cheddar, shredded lettuce, and Ten Thousand Lake sauce on a butter-toasted bun.

Bison Burger

Lean ground buffalo, chipotle cream cheese, jalapeño bacon, jalapeño/cilantro aioli, and shredded lettuce on a butter-toasted bun.

Bird Burger

Turkey/chicken/avocado patty, pickled red onions, over easy egg, frisee, and harissa aioli on a butter-tosted bun.

Veggie Mushroom Swiss

Grilled portabella mushroom, baby swiss, crispy shallots, roasted garlic aioli, and frisee on toasted ciabatta.

Two soft pretzels served with a Paulaner beer cheese dipping sauce.

Chicken Wings

Tossed in either Buster’s, buffalo, BBQ, dry rub, or spicy plum. Served with blue cheese or french onion.

Quick-Fried Calamari

Hand breaded and flash fried. Served with Ten Thousand Lake sauce.

Kielbasa Mussels

Sautéed with kielbasa sausage, sauerkraut, garlic, shallots, Tobasco, and Paulaner Hefeweizen. Served with a toasted baguette.

Shrimp Tacos

Spicy plum glazed shrimp, jalapeño/cilantro straw, pickled red onions, fresh avocado, and feta cheese on two cord tortillas.
